-ability to train and oversee employees-strong written and verbal communication-good organizational skills and the ability to multitask-ordering/monitoring office supplies-maintaining office cleanliness-answering telephone calls/emails and directing them to appropriate staff-offering superior customer service to each client-perform daily accounting for the office-daily communication with Area Manager by phone and /or email-work scheduled shifts and cover shift if necessaryKnowledge Requirements Basic knowledge of computer, printer, and scanner Ability to multi-task and have good organizational skills Recommended Skills Communication Coordinating Customer Service Multitasking Printing And Screen Printing Telephone Call Reception Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
