Responsibilities:
Working independently on-site at the customer's home as a professional representative Installing and troubleshooting cable drop to the premises.
Working as a team to complete daily assigned work to ensure all customers have a positive installation experience.
Utilization of hand and power tools with safety being a top priority.
Ensure all services installed are within the scope and expectations of the service provider utilizing company-provided tools and test equipment.
Driving a company-provided vehicle from home to job sites in a professional manner, following all company driving policies.
Always maintain a stocked and clean vehicle.
Complete job ticketing accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide excellent, professional customer service at every job Requirements:
Able to lift, climb and carry ladders of at least 50 lbs.
Experience meeting new people every day working in a fast-paced, high-demand job environment Excellent customer service skills Availability to travel within the system market Ability to occasionally work extended hours including weekends.
Must Live 30 miles within the Waynesboro, PA area.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
