They follow shipping practices and procedures, transportation routing, schedules and requirements.
The Shipping & Receiving Teams receive incoming materials and prepare materials for shipment.
They process freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents.
They also route merchandise to destinations.

The Application Tooling Division of TE Connectivity is currently seeking a skilled Shipping / Receiving / Stores Attendant to join our Warehouse Operations team.
Our Shipping/Receiving & Stores Attendants directly support our tooling business by locating product in inventory, preparing orders for assembly and preparing orders for shipment in order to meet the expectations of our external and internal customers of the Applicator, Machine and Hand Tool Value Streams.
What your background should look like:
Responsibilities:
Receive, store, handle, and distribute material.
Package and process outbound product and miscellaneous material shipments.
Operate and maintain receiving, storeroom, and packaging equipment.
Verify kind, count, and condition on all incoming shipments (first stage inspection).
Identify and label all materials and route them to the proper storage or delivery points.
Prepare and package product for shipment and route via approved carrier as directed.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
Promote teamwork by helping others and being a good teammate.
Understand and practice safety policies and procedures in the workplace.
Exhibit understanding, flexibility, and willingness to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
Accurately issue raw materials and component parts required for factory machine production and assembly operations.
Participate in daily cycle counting efforts and periodic physical inventories.
Operate carrier-supplied systems used to tender outbound merchandise.
Prepare export documentation as required to meet US export and specific destination country requirements.
Qualifications &
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required.
0-1 years' experience in a manufacturing environment in a shipping/stores position.
Knowledge of SAP preferred.
Experience in RF scanners.
Acceptance of change, flexibility, and an absolute teamwork attitude a must.

COMPENSATION Competitive base salary commensurate with
Experience:
$38,560 - $57,840 (subject to change dependent on physical location) Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
