Product Service Engineer, Refrigeration

What you will do
Frick? Industrial refrigeration systems from Johnson Controls work behind the scenes to meet exceptional demands that customers can rely on for critical processes. Our innovative ammonia refrigeration equipment and gas compression technology does this by keeping food and beverage processing safely chilled, natural gas moving through pipelines and industrial process equipment working smoothly.
As an Product Service Support Engineer-Airside, you will provide technical support for Frick? customers, field personnel and sales staff through venues including telephone and Email and offer technical solutions to very complex problems by assisting them in troubleshooting the system / equipment and offering advice and guidance in resolving the issues.
How you will do it
  • Personal interaction with other groups including engineering, design, Airside (AcuAir), and ECS controls.
  • Technical research of industrial refrigeration equipment such as packages, compressors, control panels, evaporators, make-up air, and condensers in support of our parts center and customer needs.
  • Identify quality issues and research as necessary to offer plausible solutions for consideration so they can be presented to the quality team.
  • Must keep self-up to date and educated on new and existing product lines which may require up to 10% travel.

What we look for
Required
  1. Associates Degree/Certification in Refrigeration/HVAC OR 5 to 7 years of applicable refrigeration experience
  2. Experienced in the service and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems highly preferred.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), as well as Internet software and E-Mail is required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
