This is a table tennis / ping pong paddle. It is a light wood with rubber around the handle and rubber over the paddle with what looks like some padding under the rubber. The black is marked: Donic- Alligator- Anti- ITTF 21-022. The red is marked: Scramble- Rubber- Quality Table Tennis- JUIC- ITTF- J.T.T.A.A.- Niiza Japan. Around the edge of the paddle it appears to be a thicker sticker like strip that reads: Paddle Palace. It comes with a Paddle Palace case. The black rubber is in excellent condition. The red rubber is worn around the edge. 1 of the tires has good tread, the other 3 have poor tread. They can be used as a "spare" tire for emergencies, or you can mount your winter tires on the rims in time for winter instead of having to pay each time you have your mechanic mounts or removes your snow tires. $30 for the wheel with good tread, $15 each for the others, or $60 for all 4....
